Their content — spotlighting Indigenous adaptation stories — will be released early next year for wider impact. Documentary Production In Zimbabwe: Filming completed in August. Trailer for The Last Forest reached 2.5 million views. Festival submissions are being prepared for 2026. In Uganda: Filming has begun, expanding the documentary footprint across the region. A major national event is planned to engage policy makers on Indigenous Peoples' Rights, Conservation, FPIC and Extractive Industries. FEATURE VI — Youth Creativity & Climate Knowledge Climate Fake News Smackdown This creative competition invited youth to challenge climate myths. Three winners — one each from Zimbabwe, Kenya and Uganda — are now producing myth-busting content for release this month. The twins battle Shinsaku, the Forest Phantom, defeating his nature-based attacks. In the maze, they meet Hideki, a timid survivor. When Haruto is injured, Hideki awakens his Thunderstorm Techniques and defeats Kazuto, the Maze Keeper. He joins the team.
Haruto and Yukari engage in a brutal fight, unleashing fire and ice. Exhausted, they collapse and begin to understand each other. Yukari reveals her fear of feeling and her confusion about Akirame’s influence. They agree to confront Akirame together and seek help from Haruto’s old ally, Kiyomi.
Shrine in Flames The shrine is attacked by a mysterious woman—Akirame’s lieutenant, later revealed as the 2nd Caravan. Reika fights valiantly but is mortally wounded. Her final words urge Haruto and Yukari to unite. Haruto slaps Yukari in grief, and the emotional tension between them explodes.
