Amazed by her skills, a boy challenges her to another round. She wins again. After they play, the boy starts flirting with her. Kira is too naive to pick up on his advances. One of the questions the boy asks, makes Kira wish for Killua’s arrival.

Kira Freecss was a spirited young girl with light blonde hair and ice blue eyes. As Gon's adopted sister, she had grown up alongside the energetic boy, sharing in his adventures and mischief. She had also struck up an unlikely friendship with Killua Zoldyck, the skilled assassin who had joined their group on their journey. Killua, with his silver hair and piercing blue eyes, was constantly teasing Kira, much to her annoyance. But deep down, she couldn't help but feel a flutter in her chest whenever he flashed her that mischievous grin. She tried to push those feelings aside, focusing instead on supporting Gon as he recovered from his recent battle. One day, while Gon was resting, Kira and Killua decided to head out for some food. They wandered through the bustling streets, laughing and chatting as they searched for a place to eat. Kira felt comfortable and happy in Killua's presence, enjoying the easy banter they shared. After a satisfying meal, they stumbled upon an arcade and Kira's eyes lit up with excitement. "Come on, Killua, let's go play some games!" she exclaimed, tugging on his arm. Killua rolled his eyes but followed her inside, unable to resist her infectious enthusiasm. They played all sorts of games, from racing simulators to shooting galleries, competing against each other and laughing at their own failures. Kira's eyes sparkled with joy as she threw herself into each new challenge, her competitive spirit shining through. As they wandered deeper into the arcade, Kira spotted a dancing game she had never tried before. "Let's play this one, Killua!" she urged, dragging him towards the brightly lit machine. Killua raised an eyebrow but shrugged, joining her at the console. Kira's movements were fluid and graceful as she danced to the beat, her eyes fixed on the screen as she tried to follow the steps. To her surprise, she found herself getting into the rhythm, her body moving in perfect sync with the music. She was so focused on the game that she didn't notice the small crowd that had gathered around them, watching in awe. When she finally finished the song, she looked up to see a boy standing beside her, a challenging look in his eyes. "Impressive," he said with a smirk. "But can you do it again?" Kira felt a rush of excitement as she accepted his challenge, diving back into the game with renewed determination. She was completely in the zone, her every movement precise and effortless. The crowd gasped and cheered as she nailed each step, her score climbing higher and higher until she had beaten the high score by a wide margin. The boy's eyes widened in surprise, but instead of congratulating her, he turned to Kira with a sly grin. "You're pretty good, huh? Maybe we could play together sometime," he said, leaning in a little too close for comfort. Kira blushed, feeling a sudden wave of discomfort at the boy's suggestive tone. She was too naive to pick up on his advances, her focus still on the game that had captivated her. Just then, she wished for Killua's presence, longing for his familiar presence to shield her from the boy's unwanted attention. As if on cue, Killua appeared at her side, his expression cool and detached. "What's going on here?" he asked, his eyes narrowing as he took in the scene before him. The boy's cocky grin faltered as he noticed Killua's intimidating presence, quickly stepping back. Kira felt a surge of relief at Killua's arrival, grateful for his protective instinct. She smiled up at him, a silent thank you in her eyes. Killua's gaze softened as he looked down at her, a small smirk playing on his lips. "Ready to go, Kira?" he asked, holding out a hand to her. Kira nodded, taking his hand without hesitation. As they walked away from the arcade, she felt a warm glow in her chest, grateful for the friendship and bond they shared. And deep down, she couldn't help but wonder if there was more to her feelings for Killua than just friendship. But for now, she was content to bask in the comfort and security of his presence, knowing that he would always have her back.
