— Avancez en rang ! Pas de niaisage ! cria-t-il d'une voix qui résonnait sur les murs de pierre.

La file avançait lentement. À chaque fois qu'un flo touchait l'orbe, la magie opérait.
Boom ! Une lueur verte, et un faucon de vent apparaissait.
Boom ! Une lueur de terre, et un golem miniature en roche se mettait à marcher à côté d'une petite fille.

Tout le monde trippait. Sauf moi. Plus la file avançait, plus j'avais le goût de cracher mon déjeuner tellement j'étais stressé.

— Suivant ! Shin ! lança le prêtre en me fixant avec ses yeux froids.

Les chuchotements s'arrêtèrent d'un coup sec. Même les enfants déjà éveillés se retournèrent pour me regarder. Je m'avançai, les jambes en coton, sentant le poids de tous les regards dans mon dos. Arrivé devant l'Orbe d'Éveil, la sphère de cristal flottait doucement, brillant d'une faible lumière bleutée.

« S'il vous plaît, n'importe quoi... juste une étincelle », j'ai pensé en fermant les yeux.

Je pris une grande respiration et je posai mes deux mains moites sur le verre froid.

Pendant une seconde, rien. Deux secondes. Cinq secondes.

L'orbe, qui brillait depuis le début de la journée, s'est mis à trembler. Mais au lieu de flasher une couleur magique, la lumière bleutée s'est éteinte. Complètement. Le cristal est devenu noir et opaque comme du charbon, avant de redevenir un simple morceau de vitre mort.

Pas d'esprit. Pas de pouvoir. Rien que le silence de mort qui tomba sur l'église.

Le prêtre recula d'un pas, la face blême, échappant presque son grimoire.
— C'est... c'est impossible, chuchota-t-il, la voix tremblante de dégoût. L'orbe refuse son énergie. Ce garçon est... vide. Il n'a pas d'âme sœur spirituelle. C'est un Maudit !

Le mot a résonné comme un coup de fouet. Dans la foule, les murmures ont repris, mais cette fois, c'étaient des insultes et des regards pleins de mépris. À dix ans, ma vie venait officiellement de se faire raser par le destin.

Depuis sa création le basketball n’a point cessé de constamment évoluer, tel un enfant qui tâtonne et balbutie avant de pouvoir faire ses premiers pas, le basketball lui aussi a du passer toute cette succession d’épreuves avant d’en arriver là où il en est.

Initialement américain il a su séduire et s’est fait adopter par toutes les autres nations du monde qui aujourd’hui semblent avoir leurs mots à dire dans un domaine qui n’était qu’originaires du pays de l’oncle Sam.

Loins des buildings et des nouvelles technologies high-tech ou des précieux et luxurieux terrain Gymnase de basket se trouve dans la ville de Pointe-Noire au sud de la République du Congo en Afrique : « Shine KETTO. »

Shine est un jeune garçon tout juste âgé de 16ans et rêvant déjà puis son enfance d’un jour devenir un Joueur NBA.

Nous sommes en plein cœur de la ville de la ville de Brazzaville à Bacongo plus précisément au Gymnase maxisme matima et nous assistant à la final du championnat national des U18 Homme qui est retransmis en direct sur YouTube et Tik tok du compte "Le Klub ".

Fait un max de bruit ce sera bientôt l’entrée des stars sur le parquet pour cette dernière rentre du championnat national qui opposera l’équipe BBS ( BasketBall Système) à L’équipe LLK ( Les Lions du Kouilou) tous deux, des équipes de Pointe-Noire qui ont réussi à se qualifier différemment l’un de l’autre jusqu’à cette phase finale, BBS qui nous fait un sans faute depuis le depuis de la compétition et semble s’être en sortie sans problème pour en arriver là alors que LLK eux ont encaissé 1 défaite et ont gagné de justesse leur demi-finale pour en arriver là. Les deux équipes arrivent chacune à son tour sur le terrain et on vous conseille de garder un œil sur ce Trio de BBS qui fait des ravages depuis le début de la compétition il s’agit bien là de Ise le numéro 9 et Ailier fort de l’équipe BBS , Léo le numéro 6 et arrière de l’équipe BBS et Dam le numéro 10 et le meneur de jeu de BBS. On rappelle que ce Trio à eux 3 cumule plus de 50 points ensemble et Ise a représenté le Congo en Diable rouge U16 cette année avant de passer en U18. Ise est un ailier fort Dynamique et polyvalent de 1m90 qui vient tout juste d’avoir 16ans il y a 2 mois.

En face nous avons une équipe qui ne fait que nous surprendre chers abonnés !!! Tapoter, Tapoter, Tapoter !!! Donner un maximum de like pour ces 2 équipes, en face nous avons les lions du Kouilou une équipe méconnue du grand public et qui participe pour la première fois de sa création depuis 4 une participation au championnat national congolais en U18 et une première en finale n’oublions pas qu’ils ont fini 4e de leur département avec BBS comme premier de ce département, les 2 équipes tous deux venus de Pointe-Noire la ville ocèanne.

Shine lasse les lasers des chaussures une dernière fois pendant que le coach vient le voir :
* Coach Bélé : Shine , Ça va ?

* Shine : Oui coach !! ( d’un air souriant)
Shine pense au fond de lui ( je sais que le coach Bélé s’inquiète pour moi vu qu’il
s’agit d’un grand match mais qu’aussi ce grand match nous oppose face à mon ancienne équipe)

L’arbitre siffle les 3 minutes pour l’échauffement et le gymnase de maxisme matima à Brazzaville est en feu car la rencontre finale va bientôt débuter et on peu déjà observer de part et d’autre les 2 équipes ( BBS vs LLK) leur échauffement sans puis avec ballon, des séries de passes et de lay up .

L’arbitre siffle le dernier coup de sifflet signalant au équipe qu’il reste une minute pour les consignes et qu’elle doivent libérée le terrain avant d’envoyer les 5 en jeu.

On peut observer les coach qui donnent les dernières consignes et qu’ils doivent donner puis les 5 de chaque équipe sont envoyés sur le terrain , Shine regarde le gymnase et ressent la pression d’un beau moments qui s’apprête à se produire, l’arbitre appelle chacun des joueurs pour les dernières consignes d’avant match et demande au deux sauteur de se rapprocher pour l’entre deux.
Pendant qu’il prend le ballon et le lance dans les airs les yeux de Shine sont captivés par cette première balle !

Shine : On y est , mais avant il faut se rappeler de comment tout a commencé !

1an plutôt , tout le monde est réunis dans une pièce et l’on célèbre le 15e anniversaire de Shine : Joyeux anniversaire, joyeux anniversaire Shine !!! Joyeux anniversaire !!! Wow wow !!!
Tout le monde applaudit, Shine souffle ses bougies et ses parents sont avec lui, sa mère, sa grande sœur, son beau-frère, sa nièce d’ un an et quelques autre membres de sa famille.
La mère de Shine : joyeux anniversaire mon ange ! Que Dieu te bénisse et qu’il te protège !
Son beau-frère Patrick : joyeux anniversaire champion : t’es un homme maintenant !
Sa grande sœur Ashley : mon chéri tu grandis si vite !!

Shine les regarde et souris puis mange son gâteau, puis reçois un coup de fille de son grand frère Prodiges qui est à Brazzaville pour le championnat national: Salut petit frère et joyeux anniversaire.
Shine : merci Ya Progides !
( Dans la culture congolaise on doit rajouter le préfixe Ya ou Yaya quand on appelle son aîné)
Shine : comment ça se passe là bas on est en demi-finale et l’équipe de ïse en U18 aussi, celle de Léo et Dam en U16 idem.
Il faut noter que Prodiges le grand frère de Shine joue pour BBS comme Ise, Léo et Dam.

Shine écoute ça et ressent un pincement dans le cœur car il n’a pas pu se qualifier pour participer à championnat national cette année là avec sa nouvelle équipe ( LLK)
